Welcome to Reservo. By accessing and using our website and the Reservo mobile application (available on iOS and Android), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Reservo is developed and operated by BLIMZO DEVELOPMENT SRL and serves as a technology platform connecting individual and team sports players with sports facilities and companies for seamless court bookings, match organization, real-time in-app chat, and sports facility management.

To book courts, join or host matches, use in-app chat, or manage a sports facility, you must register a user account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The platform supports secure authentication and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect accounts from unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. From a single account, you can switch seamlessly between your Player profile and Company management dashboard (if you are registered as a company owner or venue manager).

Impersonation, creating duplicate abusive accounts, or registering fictitious companies and sports venues is strictly prohibited. Reservo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community standards.

All court reservations made through Reservo are subject to real-time availability and the specific operational policies of partner sports venues. Confirming a booking constitutes a firm commitment to attend the scheduled slot.

Payment for physical court rentals is made directly at the sports facility reception desk, in accordance with the rates displayed in the app at booking time (including any peak-hour, weekend, or holiday price overrides configured by the venue). Reservo acts as a technology intermediary and does not collect court rental fees on behalf of venues.

Reservo offers players the option to subscribe to the Reservo Sport Package (Premium Subscription) for advanced recurring group match scheduling, squad coordination, and community management features.

Premium subscriptions are billed and processed securely through the certified payment provider Stripe, in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards. By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring monthly billing at the stated price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly within the mobile app settings. Upon cancellation, you retain full access to premium benefits until the end of the current paid billing cycle, without any penalty or hidden fees. Subscriptions can be resumed at any time from your account.

Cancellation timeframes and conditions are established independently by each partner sports facility. Users are required to cancel bookings they cannot attend as early as possible directly in the mobile app, allowing other players to book the available court.

Repeated no-shows for confirmed bookings or abusive last-minute cancellations may result in formal warnings, restrictions on booking privileges, or account suspension. Because court rental payments are settled at the venue, Reservo does not manage refunds for venue services.

Users can create and organize public or private matches, invite friends or unregistered guests, arrange player rosters into Team A and Team B, and record the final match score upon completion to update match histories and personal statistics. To preserve the integrity of sports records, team rosters and participant lists are permanently locked 24 hours after match completion.

Organizers are responsible for maintaining fair, welcoming, and inclusive public matches. Each player is responsible for declaring an honest skill rating per sport, ensuring balanced matchmaking and competitive, enjoyable games for everyone.

The Reservo mobile app provides real-time communication channels: Match Chat (for game coordination) and Group Chat (for sports communities and recurring circles). Senders can edit or delete their sent messages within a 10-minute window from transmission.

Users are strictly prohibited from using chat channels for: abusive, obscene, harassing, defamatory, or threatening language; sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam), unauthorized advertising, or promotional links; sharing personal data of third parties without consent; or distributing malicious software.

Violations of chat conduct rules will result in temporary chat restrictions or permanent account termination.

Partner sports companies and facility administrators registered on Reservo warrant that all submitted details regarding operating hours, court configurations, pricing, and amenities are accurate and regularly maintained.

The platform provides a hierarchical role system: Owner (full company control, legal settings, and billing), Manager (general operations and customer bookings), and Venue Manager (management scoped to specific assigned facilities).

Through the External Reservations feature, facility staff agree to promptly record phone and walk-in bookings on the calendar to lock slots and prevent double-booking. Companies may define Schedule Overrides (for holidays/maintenance) and Price Overrides (for peak hours/weekends), and are obligated to honor all confirmed player bookings at the price displayed when the reservation was made.

Players and company staff may submit feedback, feature suggestions, and bug reports directly from the Account section of the mobile app or via the website contact form. In-app feedback tickets can be tracked in real time until resolved.

We reserve the right to perform system updates, improvements, and scheduled maintenance to maintain platform performance, stability, and security.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Reservo platform (including software code, visual design, text, graphics, logos, database schemas, and registered trademarks) belong exclusively to BLIMZO DEVELOPMENT SRL or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, decompile, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any Reservo content without prior written authorization from BLIMZO DEVELOPMENT SRL.

Reservo acts strictly as a digital intermediary platform. We do not inspect, guarantee, or assume liability for the physical condition, safety, cleanliness, or quality of partner sports facilities and rental equipment.

BLIMZO DEVELOPMENT SRL is not liable for personal injuries, physical accidents, property loss or damage occurring at sports facilities, nor for interpersonal disputes between participants before, during, or after matches. Any claims regarding on-site facility services must be directed to the respective venue management. Reservo's total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Reservo platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
